Increase awareness for professional business on the 9th floor of Water Tower Place on the prestigious Michigan Avenue in Chicago, IL.

Objectives

  • Raise awareness around the community that there are businesses and services on the 9th floor.
  • Establish relationships with local condo buildings.
  • Increase traffic and appointments on the 9th floor at the services featured in the catalog.

Strategies

A catalog was created featuring editorial style profiles covering dental, skin care and plastic surgery services on the 9th floor of Water Tower Place with a token for $50 off services. To launch the catalog, IF MARKETING hosted a morning “welcome” on the floor with coffee and cake. Guerilla marketing techniques were also utilized to distribute the catalog throughout the community.

Results

All of the services gained new clients and awareness over the 9th floor services expanded throughout the community.
