A passion for marketing and a love of aesthetic medicine drives Tracy Drumm to manage the day-to-day operations of IF MARKETING, a prestigious marketing firm in downtown Chicago specializing in aesthetic medicine. Tracy has spent the past four years as Vice President of IF MARKETING, developing a comprehensive understanding of the aesthetic patient and creating innovative techniques to get physicians across the country busy. In addition to working with private practices, Tracy works closely with medical device companies and regularly consults with top pharmaceutical companies to help them effectively reach and retain their desired markets.
Utilizing her vast knowledge of the aesthetic industry partnered with her unique approaches to marketing, Tracy has served as Creative Director for over 45 local, regional and national marketing campaigns. She specializes in creating effective marketing plans for her clients inclusive of event marketing strategies where she excels at utilizing recruitment formulas to secure attendance. She has planned and executed hundreds of industry programs ranging in attendance from 25-750 guests.
Tracy has worked with over 600 physicians nationwide and recently co-authored two books, THRIVE: Pearls to Prosper in Any Economy and Keys to Success: Marketing & Practice Management. She has given over 100 lectures on medical marketing and uses her experience working alongside physicians to give “real-world application” to new marketing concepts and theories.
Through strategically networking and maintaining relationships with various media outlets, Tracy has successfully placed over 45 news segments on networks including CNN, NBC, ABC, CBS, FOX, WGN and the History Chanel. Additionally, she has secured over 50 print articles in national publications including Vogue, Glamour, Oprah Magazine, W, Elle, Marie Claire and Life & Style.
In 2006, Tracy co-founded Enhance Educational Foundation, a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization that raises funds and resources for inner-city Chicago Public School students interested in pursuing a career in healthcare. She has created corporate partnerships with over 40 national companies including Starbucks and Borders Books to secure donations and support for the charity. Over the past two years, Tracy’s efforts have helped Enhance raise and distribute over $130,000 in scholarships for inner-city Chicago Public School Students. |
