Increase awareness for the medical skin care spa founded by a Chicago-based facial plastic surgeon and located within his practice.
Objectives
- Generate awareness for the center outside of the physician’s current patient base.
- Establish relationships with local media outlets.
- Appeal to influential Chicago women.
- Educate consumers on the difference between spa and medical spa services.
Strategies
A series of press releases about breakthrough treatments only available at a medical spa was created and implemented. Guerilla marketing tactics were employed throughout the community and office building, as well as growing a loyal patient base through patient retention programs.
Results
True Skin Care Center is recognized in the industry and by consumers as a medically-guided center of excellence. The center has been featured on Fox News Chicago, CLTV, WGN and NBC as well as in print publications such as Today’s Chicago Woman, Time Out Chicago, Chicago Image Magazine and Chicago Sun Times.
