Challenge
With a down economy, True was noticing a slow-down in appointments and needed a way to fill up the schedule without denting their clients’ pockets.
Objectives
- Fill up appointment slots to stay busy.
- Get a new esthetician busy by offering affordable specials to the doctor’s current patient base.
- Appeal to new clients with fun and affordable monthly specials.
Strategies
A monthly specials card featuring specials from the six months ahead was inserted into the services brochure. Signs and flyers were placed throughout the doctor’s office. The specials were added to the website and flyers were distributed among the building where True is located.
Results
True Skin Care Center saw an increase in appointments booked. The new esthetician filled her books with new clients excited about the great special at an affordable price.
